STH has not finished checking that the Plone astrometry technical pages
are correct - ongoing <<<<
MJI has tried to acquire the transmission curves for the VIRCAM N118 filter.
Due to the reluctance of the data becoming public, this action is dropped.
JRL has revived the changes log web page for the WFCAM pipeline. This can be
found at

MJI has found out more regarding the VIRCAM commissioning plans ie. an
updated schedule
STH has not included the graphic showing the size of the photometric radial
distortion correction in the Plone technical pages - ongoing <<<<
MJI has checked the connections on an LCD TV to see if displaying from a
laptop works. The external dimensions of a 37" TV is 40", which is
the largest that will fit comfortably on a table end. A Panasonic
of such type will cost around £600-700.
MJI has tried to order some suitable tables for the meeting area, but has
encountered the University Department of Bureaucracy - ongoing <<<<
(MJI check with EGS what deep-stacking work has been promised for Video)
was not in the main body of the last minutes, so was not discussed today.
MJI has obtained the VISTA schedule from the JPE Video presentation
STH have investigated the photometry affected by nebulosity in HawkI data
MJI and obtained some nice results.
JRL has not produced a web page of HawkI publicity for CASU - ongoing <<<<
MJI has updated the pipeline toolkit on the Solaris cluster
MJI has investigated ways of implementing photometric corrections for flat
file users. The best way will be a programme that takes a FITS file and
outputs an ASCII one. This will lead to less confusion.
JRL decided that a flipping jitters telecon with JAC was not needed, since
they didn't seem interested (but see Item 6)
JRL has written a script to flag summit-rejected MSBs during raw WFCAM data
ingestion.
MR has yet to implement this <<<<
MJI have implemented MSBTid logs for 08A as a trial. This is yet another
MR script.

MR and JRL to attend the Cambridge VO workshop in early September. <<<<
ALL to consider submission of abstracts for ADASS 2008 in Quebec. The
deadline is August 15. <<<<
4. Data archives update
RWA to start ditching the JKT CD ROMs from the computer room. The data is <<<<
already on disk and backed up.
EGS to consider and implement a backup scheme for the new INT/WHT data
(LTO2s or LTO4s). <<<<
PSB to order lots of lovely LTO4 tapes since he has got his order book
back. <<<<

MJI? to advertize access to the WFCAM flat files. <<<<
MJI to sort out topics and a suitable time/date (beginning September?) for a
telecon with JAC. Attendees likely to be MJI, STH, JRL and MR. <<<<
