Work Package Managers. The Excel sheet lists who is responsible for getting each task done - not necessarily who will be doing the bulk of the work. So the fact it appears uneven should not be a cause for concern. We've attached work package managers to the 16 WPs as requested. (New version of the .xls file attached). The breakdown by number of WPs is: PSB 1 DWE 2 JRL 3 MJI 5 RWA 2 STH 3 2. We have computed Vista Relevence Factors for each of the 16 packages accoring to your prescription. They break down as follows: 0 no relevance to 4 essential Pkg VRF 1 4 2 3 3 3/4 4 0 5 2 6 2/3 7 1 8 4 9 4 10 3 11 3 12 2 13 3 14 4 15 4 16 4 Hope that's all clear, cheers !
