Hi Mike,

Here's a rough guide to my activities for Q1.  I'm afraid I didn't quite
understand what the last one actually means, so I've not written anything
there.  Is this roughly what you wanted?  I'll get onto the Q2 targets
ASAP.

Define data structures and FITS headers
	- Discussion with ATC (Mainly Alan Pickup) has lead to
	  0.6 version of FITS headers
	- Sample MEFs created with 0.5 version headers and CIRSI data.

Liase with UKIDDS and JAC on survey progress DB
	- Working with JAC to resolve connectivity problems

Group documentation on pipeline infrastructure
	- Programming notes finished for all modules

Interface test pipeline in ORAC-DR
	- ORAC-DR routines for subset of UFTI recipes delivered to JAC

Docs for ORAC-DR interface
	- Modules for UFTI recipes are all documented

Further development of standard pipeline
	- Further testing done on existing WFC and CIRSI data.
	- Module versions added to headers
	- Provenance now written to header of combined/stacked frames

Liason with WFCAM development team
	- Ongoing discussion on reset anomaly, crosstalk and linearity

Docs for 2d processing software
	- Users manuals written for WFC and CIRSI.

Master Calibration frames for detector monitoring
	- ???

	- Upload cirdr into CVS at JAC.
	- Fix inconsistencies in current ORAC-DR recipes as
	  per Tim's recommendations

Docs for ORAC-DR interface


Further development of standard pipeline
	- Test whether sky subtraction before flat fielding improves
	  output files
	- Implement new version of imcore to include full parameter set.
        - Write modules for crosstalk and persistence corrections

Liason with WFCAM development team


Docs for 2d processing software
	- User manual for INGRID
